Product Impact Profile mathematically combines “importance” with
“uniqueness.” This bar chart reveals your product’s overall impact on the
customer. Here’s an example...
The layout is similar to the first four bar charts (importance, uniqueness, usual
purchase amount, frequency of purchase). The percentage of respondents is
on the y-axis, and 7 bars appear along the x-axis. The x-axis literally ranges
